At Growing Place Family Preschool, Early Learning For All (ELFA) funding is available to families who reside in San Francisco and meet the income eligibility criteria based on the ELFA program's Area Median Income (AMI). This funding includes Tuition Credit and Fully Funded. Families must meet the requirements set forth by the Department of Early Childhood. This includes, but is not limited to, income eligibility, residency eligibility and attendance rate.

Families must complete both the ELFA Family Enrollment Form AND the Data Collection Acknowledgement Form below and submit them to GPFP along with supporting documentation for verification. Once all documents are submitted and verified, families will automatically receive a tuition reduction based on their eligibility.

If there are any changes to eligibility during your child’s enrollment at GPFP (i.e. income, address, etc), please report them to GPFP immediately.
